We offer you an OLD cheese, with an intensive taste due to its delicate and slow cure. It should be kept between 6� to 10�C for its perfect conservation. It gets its aroma and intensive taste at 18�. For that reason we recommend to consume it at this temperature, wring the oil and cut it in thin sheets. �Tarro de Oro� award in the 1st Spanish Cheese Competition �97.
