All orders are duly packaged; in what concerns bottles, all of them are packed in the so-called bottle packs due to their fragility. Returns If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may request, within 7 days as from its receipt date, the relevant returning. Once we have received the goods, we will refund the whole amount of your purchase, save for the mailing costs. Return shipment shall be borne by First Spain. All expenses related to consignment or return of the goods shall be borne by First Spain, in case of defective products or First Spain's mistake.
