The first restaurant, Prata Wala, was opened in Sep 2009. Upon its debut at Jurong Point, the restaurant was an instant hit, drawing crowds from all walks of life. Prata Wala is a quick-service, Halal-certified Indian restaurant which provides delicious, value-for-money Indian cuisine in a clean and chic life-style setting. The menu offers Indian favourites from North and South Indian cuisine such as roti prata, briyani, thosai, tandoori chicken and naan. It also offers a good selection of vegetarian choices. Today, Prata Wala has established itself in Singapore with 5 mall-located outlets at Jurong Point, Tampines Mall, nex, Junction 8 and Northpoint Shopping Centre. The brand is currently preparing for franchising and international expansion.

Ottoman Kebab & Grill is an authentic Turkish restaurant located at Savourworld, near Kent Ridge MRT Station. It is proud to present Turkey's rich culinary heritage. We serve Doner Kebab, which is the most well-known dish of Turkish cuisine, as well as less known dishes such as Iskender kebab, Incik and Sultan's Delight. Zaffron Banana Leaf is a casual dining restaurant specializing in South Indian cuisine. It is a collaboration between First Gourmet Pte Ltd and Indian Celebrity Chef Dr.Chef Damodharan, better known as Dr. Chef Damu to his legion of fans. With the expertise of Indian restaurant operations of First Gourmet, together with Dr. Chef Damu's specialty in Chettinad fare, the two worked together to design the menu and recipes for the restaurant. With an aim to promote casual dining and give customers a true authentic South Indian experience, the interior in Zaffron Banana Leaf is inspired by the courtyard designs in India. Hues of orange and blue and hints of South Indian motifs decorate the whole restaurant, giving it a bright and welcome environment. Savour centuries-old traditional authentic South Indian recipes, as well as dishes that have been specially created for Singapore diners at Zaffron Banana Leaf.
